Football
The world’s most popular sport is very important in Lloret de Mar. The municipality offers all the necessary services to teams of different levels and nationalities who come to stay with us.
We have three pitches, two with artificial turf and one with natural grass, located in the centre of the town.
Swimming
Lloret de Mar has a state-of-the-art sports centre which, in addition to an Olympic-size swimming pool, offers a fully equipped gym and various rooms for guided activities.
If you prefer to swim in open water, Lloret de Mar has two Sea Routes, public marine routes for swimming along our coastline in complete safety. The first connects Lloret beach with Fenals and the second connects Fenals beach with Santa Cristina, with distances of 1.3 and 1.2 km respectively.
Athletics
At the 8-lane athletics tracks in Lloret de Mar, you can practise different athletics disciplines: running, jumping, walking and combined events.
Cycling
Lloret de Mar is a place where cycling is more than just pedalling, recovering and pedalling again.
If you are passionate about asphalt, you will discover more than 600 kilometres of routes along secondary roads with a great cycling atmosphere. You can find everything from rolling routes to queen stages with climbing in special category mountain passes.
If, on the other hand, you prefer trails, the wooded hills surrounding Lloret de Mar are home to a hidden treasure: kilometres and kilometres of tracks and trails with constant changes in gradient, ideal for practising your technical mountain biking skills.

Running
If you like running, Lloret de Mar is a paradise for you. We have designed five trail routes that run along the Camí de Ronda and through magnificent wooded natural landscapes, as well as three asphalt routes.
You will find a Running Centre at the municipal swimming pool, where you can use free lockers, information and routes.
Team sports
Hockey, handball, basketball and indoor football are just some of the team sports you can play at our facilities. In the town centre, there are three sports centres and other outdoor areas for all kinds of team sports.
Triathlon
Lloret de Mar is an SBR city that offers triathletes high-quality indoor and outdoor facilities where they can train for all three disciplines in complete comfort. Add to this the mild Mediterranean climate, ideal for training, and you have a leading destination for this sport.
