The 12-km coastal route that separates Lloret de Mar from Tossa de Mar is a rollercoaster of ups and downs. The walk requires a good level of fitness. Some sections pass through paved areas, and you need to pay attention to the signposts. However, you will have the opportunity to stop at some of the many magical places appearing before your eyes in the form of small wild coves, like Porto Pi, Figuera, D’Allà on Raja l’Aigua and many more. All effort usually comes with a reward, and this walk is no exception!
Arriving at Playa des Codolar, under the medieval walls of Tossa de Mar, is a more than worthy reward. The highlight of the route is a walk with a medieval feel through the Tossa de Mar old town, and to round it off, a climb up to the lighthouse.
